What it is, what kind it is, and which team is holding it. A piece of kit with no team is in the yard.
What happens next
Whatever a team is holding is listed beside its name on the delivery board, so the person booking the week can see at a glance which crew has the crane truck and which has the ladders.
Moving kit is done from either end — assign it to a team here, or return it to the yard from the team’s own Equipment tab. Both are recorded.
If it goes wrong
A piece of kit is on two teams. It cannot be. It belongs to one team or to none; assigning it elsewhere takes it off the first.
The board does not show the kit you expect. The board lists what the team currently holds. If it is wrong, it is wrong here.
Something is out of service. There is no state for that. In practice it is returned to the yard, which takes it off the crew’s line on the board.
