Open Design Jobs
Design work nobody has taken — the claim board.
This is the design side’s equivalent of the Open Inspections board: jobs that exist but belong to nobody yet.

Go to Open Jobs.
The screen states its purpose plainly:
Design work nobody has taken yet. Claim one and it becomes yours.
An empty board explains itself too — “Design jobs are being assigned by a manager at the moment, so nothing is sitting here.”
That second sentence matters more than it looks.
An empty claim board can mean two entirely different things: there is no work, or the work is being handed out by a manager instead. The screen says which, so a designer does not conclude there is nothing to do.
What happens next
Claiming a job puts it in your name and it appears on Design Jobs with you in the Designer column. From there, open its Workspace.
